~ Reservations are confirmed via email within 24 hours. 

~ We are happy to accept partial payments during the process. The reservation, however, must be paid in full before our work is released.

~ We are unable to "take a look at" other manuscripts along with the original submission. Each service is performed separately.

~ Reservations may be canceled up to the begin date. Simply send a cancellation email from the same address you used to place the reservation, and your payment will be refunded. 

~ After 12:00 AM (Pacific) of the begin date, a refund is no longer possible.

~ Your manuscript is deleted after your reservation is closed.

~ That is all.
